At Summit Care Advisors, I believe aging should be approached with intention, dignity, and thoughtful planning. My mission is to help seniors and their families navigate the evolving seasons of life with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
I take a proactive, holistic approach — aligning housing, health and wellness, financial considerations, transportation, and community connection — so that individuals can remain as independent as possible and families can make informed decisions together. Whether planning ahead or responding to change, I work to preserve choice, reduce crisis-driven decisions, and support aging in place whenever it is safe and desired.
Above all, I honor each person’s autonomy while walking alongside families with steady guidance and practical coordination.
Serving Snoqualmie, North Bend, Carnation, Issaquah, Bellevue, and surrounding communities in East King County, Washington.

I founded Summit Care Advisors to help families navigate the complex decisions that come with aging. My perspective is shaped not only by professional training, but also by years of personal experience supporting loved ones through serious medical challenges and end-of-life decisions.
As a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA®), I provide guidance grounded in best practices for aging well. I have also completed the Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Seminar®, strengthening my ability to support families facing cognitive changes and evolving care needs.
My approach is steady and holistic — looking at health, housing, finances, social connection, and long-term planning together rather than in isolation. I believe thoughtful planning preserves options, protects dignity, and creates greater peace of mind at every stage of aging.
A senior care coordinator — sometimes called a geriatric care manager — helps older adults and their families navigate the medical, practical, and emotional decisions that come with aging. This includes assessing current needs, identifying risks, coordinating services, and creating a clear plan for the future.
I work with seniors and their families to evaluate health and wellness, housing and safety, transportation, financial considerations, social connection, and long-term care planning. Whether someone is living independently, experiencing memory loss or dementia, recovering from surgery, or simply planning ahead, I help bring clarity and organization to what can otherwise feel overwhelming.
My goal is to help seniors remain as independent as possible while supporting the family members who care about them. The earlier you begin planning, the more options you have — and the more control you keep over important life decisions.

If you are caring for an aging parent or planning ahead for yourself, you may have questions about senior care coordination, dementia support, hospital transitions, and long-term planning. Below are answers to some of the most common questions families ask.
I serve families in Snoqualmie, North Bend, Carnation, Issaquah, Bellevue, and surrounding communities throughout East King County, Washington. If you live outside the area but have a parent or loved one locally who needs support, I can work directly with you as well.
Yes. I work with families navigating memory loss, Alzheimer’s disease, and other forms of cognitive decline. I help assess safety concerns, coordinate care, plan for future needs, and support both the individual and the family as circumstances change.
Resistance is common, especially when independence feels threatened. I help families approach these conversations thoughtfully, introduce support gradually, and create solutions that preserve dignity while improving safety.
Yes. I provide support during hospital discharge and recovery transitions to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This may include coordinating follow-up appointments, clarifying discharge instructions, arranging in-home support, reviewing medications, and helping families understand what to monitor during recovery. Early coordination can reduce the risk of readmission and prevent unnecessary stress.
Absolutely. Many families I work with do not live near their aging parent. I provide on-the-ground support in East King County while keeping adult children informed through regular updates and clear communication. This allows families to feel confident that someone local is monitoring care needs and helping prevent avoidable crises.
There is rarely one single moment that makes the decision obvious. I help families evaluate safety concerns, daily functioning, cognitive changes, caregiver stress, and long-term goals. Together, we assess whether aging at home remains safe and sustainable or whether assisted living or memory care may provide a higher level of support. Planning ahead expands options and reduces rushed decisions.
Proactive planning is one of the most valuable steps a family can take. I assess current strengths and potential risks across housing, health, finances, transportation, and social connection. Planning early helps preserve independence, increase choice, and prevent crisis-driven decisions later.
Yes. Caring for a loved one — especially someone with dementia, chronic illness, or mobility challenges — is physically and emotionally demanding. I provide respite support so caregivers can rest, attend appointments, travel, or simply recharge. Supporting the care partner is critical. When caregivers are supported, care becomes more sustainable for everyone involved.
Yes. In addition to care coordination and planning, I provide companion support visits tailored to the individual’s needs. This may include social engagement, attending appointments, outings in the community, or structured support at home. These visits help reduce isolation, monitor changes, and provide peace of mind.
I begin with a comprehensive assessment and personalized care plan development for a flat fee. This allows us to clearly understand current needs, identify risks, and outline next steps before ongoing services begin. After the initial assessment, families may choose hourly support or customized care packages depending on the level of coordination, advocacy, or respite needed. My goal is to provide clarity around both services and cost so you can make informed decisions without pressure.
The first step is a discovery call to discuss your situation, concerns, and goals. If we decide to move forward, we schedule a comprehensive assessment to create a clear, personalized care plan. From there, we implement the level of ongoing support that best fits your needs.
Whether you are an older adult planning ahead or an adult child concerned about a parent, I'm here to help.
